Lahdelma Keidas - cottage, villa
Lahdelma Keidas is a luxurious private Spa-cottage located in Pertunmaa, on the lakeshore with a magnificent view. Villa is suitable for family vacation, business meetings, conferences and for other different events. Lahdelma Keidas was completed in 2010. Tourist accommodation is up to 20 adults .
On the first floor there are: foyer, fireplace room, bar, WC, Bedroom, Utility room: space for washing and drying, sauna and spa: women’s and men’s changing rooms, WC, shower room, indoor whirlpool, sauna, infrared sauna, jet steam shower, outdoor whirlpool, deck furniture.
On the second floor there are: kitchen (cold room, wine closet, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and water boiler, toaster, dishwasher, tableware), spacious dining/living room (fireplace, TV, stereo, home theatre, karaoke equipment, door to terrace), WC and 3 bedrooms. Living and dining room can be converted for different user purposes within minutes.
On the third floor there is a social space and 2 bedrooms.
Villa has 6 bedrooms altogether and all of them including own toilet, shower, TV and a balcony. 12 beds + 8 extra beds. Rooms are spacious, light and stylish. Keidas has wireless and fixed internet access (incl. computer), as well as satellite TV, air conditioning and environmentally friendly geothermal heating.
The yard: Covered grilling area, 2 rowing boats, and safety vests for 8 adults.
Lakeside sauna 25m²: fireplace room, mini kitchen, WC, showers, sauna, own sandy swimming beach, pier.
Smoke sauna 16m²: sauna, veranda. Parking garage can fit 3 cars.
Villa is a perfect place for different activities like mushroom and berry picking, swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, riding, playing golf. Nearest lighted ski track is 7 kilometers away from the cottage.
Bedclothes for 20 people (including bath and face towels and dressing gown) and final cleaning are included in the price of rent. Additional linen: €15/person. Changing day is Saturday. Weekly bookings: time of arrival - 18.00 and time of departure - 10.00. Weekend bookings: time arrival - Friday, 16:00 and time departure –Sunday, 16.00. No smoking inside. Pets are not allowed. The usage of smoked sauna costs extra. Catering services can be provided if needed.
