The West Pier - cottage rentals - Finland
The West Pier is 35 meters away from the private beach, with a spectacular view to the sea. In addition, there is a garage for two cars and a beach house 15 meters away from the shore, with sauna, shower and relaxation room. Guests of the villa can do their own cooking on the beach-grill and enjoy a peaceful moment on a 75 m2 pier, perhaps, catch a fish or two for dinner.
In the main building downstairs there is a complete kitchen dining area for 10-12, designed living room, TV-room, toilet facility, sauna and a shower-room.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a balcony with a beautiful ocean-view, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Internet connection is also available (GPRS technology).
Everything in the West Pier is brand-new, as the villa was completed in 2008.
Maximum amount of guests – 10 people. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside of the villa. Only people who have received instructions upon their arrival can use fireplaces, (ie. fireplace in the main building, beach grill, fireplace in the relaxation room and beach sauna). The cottage can be rented out for the weekends - from Friday to Sunday (check-in 9 a.m., check-out 6 p.m.) Normal renting period for a week is from Monday to Sunday (check-in 9 a.m., check-out 6 p.m.).
