The ski lifts and tracks are only 150 meters from the apartment. Recreational services offer wide variety of activities all year round. During summer, services include hiking, water, rock-climbing and fishing or just enjoying beautiful nature and relaxing in the luxurious apartment.
During winter and spring over 100 kilometer ski track net and Finland's best 28 alpine ski slopes offer magnificent possibilities for outdoor activities. In the central plaza which is 100 meters from the apartment there are several restaurants and shops to relax after day's activities.

Karhunvartija apartment has 58m² and there is 1 bedroom (2 people) and a loft with bed (2 people), altogether 4 beds + 2 in the living room and the living-room is combined with the kitchen.
The cottage is well-equipped. You can find a stove with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, tableware, a drying cupboard, TV, video, a radio/CD – player, floor heating in every room, 3 car places in the garage, the common room for ski maintenance, shower, separate toilet, electric sauna, fireplace.
The rent includes usage of the cottage and all accessories, electricity and firewood. The apartment has a caretaker who will provide customers with the keys. The client will contact the caretaker and agree about the keys transfer as well as the time of arrival. During the high season, The New Year and Christmas period as well as the weeks from 8 until 16, minimum rental time is one week. Changing day is Saturday. In other periods, out of the high season, the starting date and time of the days rented is not fixed and thus other rental periods can be agreed. Time of arrival: 16.00, time of departure: until 12.00. The apartment is provided with the mattresses, pillows and blankets. The cottage rent does not include bed linen. It is possible to rent bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels) for an extra fee. Cleaning is not included in the rent. The cleaning of the apartment can be organized by the caretaker of the apartment for additional fee. The apartment can be occupied by maximum 6 people.
