Villa Aaltola is situated in a scenic place on the shore of the Lake Saimaa. Fabulous surroundings will make your holiday unforgettable. The exclusive villa complex is situated near the city Mikkeli, just about 2 hours drive away from Helsinki. Come and experience the real peacefulness in a modern villa!
The villa complex is situated on the shore of the Lake. The complex consists of three separate buildings: a villa, Suopursu and an old granary. In addition there are several sitting areas and terraces. The stylish design and high-quality materials will make your staying very pleasant. The common areas (including a summer kitchen and a sauna) are well equipped: an exclusive sound system, a TV in several rooms (in total 5 TV's). Both of the houses have Internet connection (fast Wi-Fi). Up to 12 people can be comfortably accommodated in the complex, but with extra beds there are sleeping places for up to 16 people (8 sleeping places in the main house, 4 - in Suopursu and 4 extra beds in the old granary during summer time). There are 6 separate bedrooms in the villa. The stylish villa is in one floor.
The villa complex is located about 10 km from Mikkeli towards Savonlinna. The villa (180 m2) was designed by the architect Eero Jokilehto. The villa was built in 1952 and Suopursu (100 m2) - in 2007. The design of interior was made by decorator Kari Lappalainen. Typical Scandinavian simplicity combines old and modern design. There is also a hint of pop-antiques as a final touch.

Customers need to pay a deposit (500 €) by cash on the arrival day and it will be returned on the departure day if everything is in order in the villa. Minimum booking period is 1 day. Changing day, arrival & departure time can be negotiated. Bed linen for 12 people are included into the rental price. Customers may do the final cleaning by themselves or buy the service for an extra cost. Extra people - for an extra cost. The maximum amount of guest is 16 (12 + 4 extra beds). All the three separate buildings are rented out as a whole complex. Pets are allowed outside in the yard, but inside the villa they are strictly forbidden. No smoking.
