The exclusive Villa Loma is situated next to the Mutkamäki slope in Pälkäne. It’s located about 100 m away from the slope and about 200 m away from the maintained ski tracks. Come and spend enjoyable holiday in Pälkäne in Finland, in the ski resort Sappee!
The villa was built in 2011 and its total living area is 109 m2 (downstairs - 93 m2 and upstairs -16 m2). Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the villa (there are 7 beds and it’s possible to have 5 extra beds). There are three bedrooms (two of them are situated downstairs and one – upstairs). There are two bedrooms with two beds in each of them downstairs and one bedroom with three beds and one chair bed upstairs. Divans (sofa beds) can be used as extra sleeping places. They are situated in the living room and upstairs.
The stylish and high-quality villa is a good place for resting. The kitchen is equipped with high-standard household appliances such as a fan assisted oven, an induction stove, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The spacious sauna with a good sauna stove gives a pleasant experience even for big amount of people. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi for an extra cost. There is a separate toilet, but there is also a toilet in the washing room, a separate drying closet in the entryway. It’s nice to relax in front of the warm fireplace.
In the yard there is a terrace (35 m2), where customers can enjoy barbecue with friends. On the terrace there is a table for 6 people and a barbecue that is recommended to be used with coal (customers need to bring own coal and igniting liquid with them). Customers can go to the slopes straight from the yard. Huippu restaurant is about 800 meters away. There are several different activities available in the area of Sappee, such as skiing, downhill skiing, riding horses, hiking along the nature trails and fishing. Tampere is about 50 km away and - Hämeenlinna is 65 km away.

Minimal booking period and changing day depend on the season and the situation. Arrival – 16.00, departure – 12.00. The rent includes furniture, mattresses, blankets, pillows, cooking utensils and cutlery and firewood for the fireplace. Final cleaning is compulsory for an extra cost. Customers may bring their own bed linen or rent bed linen for an extra cost. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. The maximum amount of beds corresponds to the maximum amount of guests that can stay in the villa. It is possible to rent a child’s set for an extra cost (it includes a removable bed, a mattress, a high chair, a chamber pot and a basin. Bed linen, a children blanket/a pillow are not included. Equipment for children can be rented out only as a whole set and it has to be booked beforehand). Outdoor Jacuzzi for an extra cost.
