New villa Wolf is situated on the shore of the lake Saimaa, right next to the best fishing places. The villa was built in summer 2013 and it is located on a hill and from the spacious villa guests can admire beautiful blue lake Saimaa.
Villa Wolf and villa Fox are situated in Telataipale, Eastern Finland, near to the town Sulkava. The region's verdant natural environment – majestic forests, fine sandy and rocky beaches as well as secluded inlets of lake Saimaa – provides a great setting even for a longer vacation with own privacy. Both villas are served by a good gravel road, at the end of which guests will find these spacious residences, the blue water of lake Saimaa and pine forests. Even the rare and beautiful Saimaa ringed seal can be seen there!
Up to 8 + 2 people can be accommodated in this log built villa (163 m2). Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds (that can be put together if needed) and on the loft there are 4 single beds that can also be combined as double beds. The villa consists of a living room, a kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and a loft that the younger people like to use as sleeping place. There is also a sauna (with electric sauna stove) for 4-5 people, a washing room with two showers, a dressing room and 2 indoor toilets. The customers can use a separate lakeshore sauna with a wood burning sauna stove. There is a small sitting room (21,5 m2) connected to the sauna building. Both the villa and the separate sauna building have a lot of terrace space. In the yard there is a carport for two cars.
In the modern kitchen there is a dishwasher, a fridge/ a freezer, an electric stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, tableware and outside there is a gas grill and a barbecue place with masonry grill that is heated up with firewood. In the all-year-round habitable villa there is a washing machine, a drying closet for wet clothes, ironing equipment (an iron + an ironing board), a vacuum cleaner, air condition, a hairdryer, a heat retaining fireplace + firewood, a TV, a DVD player and a CD player. There is a geothermal heating in the villa and the water comes from a drilled well. For the kids it’s possible to order a child’s bed/ cot and a high chair.
The villa is situated towards the south/southwest and guests can enjoy the sun rays all day long. There is an own beach (about 100 meters from the villa) and on the lake shore there is a separate sauna building. The beach slops gently. Customers can use a pier, a rowing boat and boating vests. It is possible to have an outboard motor for the rowing boat. The diverse range of activities will help keep everybody busy with options ranging from horseback walking and animal care to fishing and hiking as well as winter skiing. Farm life revolves around the main building. Coffee and meal/ catering services can be organized on a request. Handicrafts and the farm's seasonal products such as berries and vegetables are sold in the shop. The farm also raises Finn sheep, which graze not far from the villa. Summer guests can see farm's horses, rabbits, cats and dogs. Even a short visit to this authentic rural area will make a vacation unforgettable! From the villa it’s about 75 km to Imatra, 18 km - to the Lohikoski church and mill, 8 km to the Telakanava canal and 20 km to Vilkaharju.

Minimum booking period is 2 days (a weekend). During the high season (Christmas, New Year, Epiphany and from Midsummer to the middle of August) the minimum booking period is 1 week. Changing day is either Saturday or Monday (negotiable). During weekly bookings: arrival – 16.00, departure – 12.00. During weekend bookings: arrival – 16.00, departure – 16.00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited.
